Late to this but I wanted to add: RackNerd's "dedicated" plans are still KVM with pinned vCPUs, not actual bare metal. I asked in a ticket and they confirmed. The wording is misleading if you don't know to ask.

Same here. Lost a Minecraft server in 2022 to a dead host. Now I pay for two hosts and they back up to each other. Overkill but I sleep.

What about Hetzner? Their cloud product is proper KVM, no excuses about virtualization layer. Yet they only do /64 and you cannot subnet it without breaking SLAAC. I have asked support multiple times, always the same answer: one /64 per server, no delegation.
