I have been monitoring a particular reseller on a forum I will not name. They liquidate accounts from defunct brands. The accounts remain active in the parent infrastructure, but the original customer stopped paying. The reseller acquires these at cents on the dollar and transfers ownership.
I purchased a Hetzner "legacy" vps last month. Two years remaining on original term. Price was eleven dollars. Control panel access intact. IP reputation clean.
My question: how do you find these efficiently? I refresh three discord channels manually. There must be a better method. I am considering building a scraper.
