What do you use for comparing real server specs behind marketing names?

What about Passmark? I use their CPU list to compare before I rent. Is that reliable?

Passmark is fine for rough compare between generations,,, Not for your exact workload,,, A database server and a video encoder want different things,,, But for catching a rebranded i3 sold as "Elite" it works,,, ~~dave

I made a spreadsheet. Provider, tier name, advertised CPU, actual CPU from lscpu, Geekbench single, Geekbench multi, price per month, price per Geekbench point. The last column is the only one I sort by now.
