Turkey here. I need VPS in Northern Cyprus for a very boring reason: some .tr domains resolve differently from TRNC IP blocks and my client runs a price comparison site. Not every weird location is crime.

I looked at Cape Verde for a client last year. Latency to Europe is brutal, 180ms+ to Lisbon. If Mahdi861's payment gateway actually requires local IP, that is a badly designed gateway. Not his fault, but still.

You think I don't know this? Gateway is local bank system, they don't care about latency, they care you are physically in Praia or whatever. I pay for VPS, I get IP, I test, client pays me. Is business.
