Zurich input: we went Tier III last year. The thing they spent longest on was fire suppression. Wanted to see the room integrity test, the gas concentration calc, the maintenance tag on every damn nozzle. Took 90 minutes of the day.
Tier certification audit scheduled, what do they actually check?
Same here on fire suppression. Also they asked who had keys to the gas dump panel. Answer was "facilities" and they wanted the named individuals, not a department.
