Opened ticket with GreenCloudVPS, support called me "Minh" without me stating it. Last ticket was 2023. In my country this is normal for small shop, but rare for host.
How do they scale this? CRM? Or actually small enough to remember?

I had a host once, "personal touch" right until they lost 6 months of backups and the owner "remembered" my name while reading the apology script. Verify your restores. The intimacy is a liability if they don't verify your restores.
Observed latency of 2.3×10^2 ms in ticket response. RFC 5322 [1] governs email headers; CRM parsing of historical threads is trivial automation. Noted: grep of past tickets produces identical effect to memory. Personal touch may be observed without being organic.
