I had a similar experience with CloudCone three years ago; my SSL certificate failed to auto renew; I opened a ticket; it sat for nine days; I found the founder's email in a GitHub commit; he fixed it within the hour; we still do business there; I do not recommend this approach as a habit; it only works when the company is small enough that the founder still cares; -- Marcus

Based ceo moment literally no cap. Vibe check: most host r just one dude in a basemnt with a whmcs license and a drem. S3ven dollars is s3ven dollars tho, I get it. Poggers that you got it waived, bettr than my isp who chargrd me sixty for a routr I alrady returnd.

I see this more often than I should! At my previous job we had a rule: if someone found the CEO's email, we had 24 hours to resolve or explain. It is not sustainable but it works. Sent ticket yesterday is normal, made test order today and it failed, that is when people get creative! If you need reliable escalation path, cheers!

Linkedin worked? I'd expect that to hit spam instantly
