Andrew36 London DC is their own infra from 2023, not the acquired OVHcloud stuff. Different queue entirely.
I checked my contract version: v2024.03, grandfathered. Yet my SLA page link now redirects to https://www.ovhcloud.com/en/vps/ new terms. "Grandfathered" means nothing if they can change the URL.
Jane_ffm I DM'd you my ticket numbers, three days ago. No reply there either.

Olya URL redirect trick is classic. Check if your original contract PDF has the SLA terms inline — if so, they can't unilaterally redefine "availability" on you. German consumer law is decent on this, Polish too I believe?
Also re: my earlier point about infrastructure churn — their status page SPF change I mentioned? The new netblock traces to a Romanian hosting company, not Contabo's ASN. Probably just a monitoring vendor switch, but the pattern holds: operational changes everywhere you look.

Ssdgun rate limits sound right. I came from GreenCloudVPS Hong Kong to Contabo Singapore in June, did manual rsync to a HostHatch box as intermediate because I didn't trust either company's migration tooling.
Yes I run Windows Server. No I don't trust Linux migration scripts with NTFS permissions. Don't @ me.
Have you tried restarting it?
