2001:0db8:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001 here with a proposal for deal thread normalization. Currently promotional pricing uses arbitrary billing cycles: 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001 month, 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0003 months, 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001 year. This is address space waste for comparison purposes. I propose mandatory price-per-year display using expanded notation. Legacy IP thinking has infected our deal threads with NAT-like obfuscation. Dual-stack display acceptable as compromise. NAT is not acceptable. A /64 of clarity in a /128 of confusion.
Should deal threads require price-per-year normalization?

Guys this hits my margins hard actually any leads on panels that auto-calculate this my customers get confused by the promo pricing vs renewal and I get the tickets not the provider
your margin is my opportunity
Expanded notation would make threads unreadable
