Finally got my backup setup clean. Restic to Backblaze B2, ~200GB deduplicated to ~60GB, $0.40/month. Made test order with them last year, very smooth.
Sent ticket to ask about egress pricing but never needed restore yet. The serenity is knowing it's there! I run this from my Contabo VPS every night via cron.
What are others paying? I feel like $0.40 is good but maybe I am missing something cheaper. Cheers!

Back in 2009 I paid more for a single spindle of DVD-RWs than you pay for a year of backups. They don't make that peace of mind so cheap anymore—wait, actually they do. Your setup is solid.
I used to rsync to a P4 tower in my closet. $0.40 beats the electricity bill alone.

¡the backup cheap is possible! I have the glacier deep, server red no problem, the restore slow yes. But the files old not need fast. Price the beautiful: $0.08 monthly. Vos tenés patience? The restore 12 hour is fine for me, not for all. The instant need is the cost, no?
