Has anyone actually gotten RackNerd to name their processor. I asked in my ticket last year and got "we use industry standard partners." Useless. Would love to know if it's the same one adam20's shop uses.
Also minhmin if you're still watching this — did you ever get that proof the bank mentioned.

Has anyone actually gotten RackNerd to produce this "proof" the bank keeps mentioning? Sixteen days since the last update and I'm still curious what a merchant even submits for a transaction on a dead card. A token audit trail? Something signed by the processor?
I had a similar runaround with GreenCloudVPS years back and the "proof" turned out to be a generic authorization log with no actual card number, just a token reference. Bank accepted it, I didn't.
