Quick poll for everyone! In last two years, how many hosts have you actually used? Not tested, not trialed—paid and deployed. Made test order with three myself but only stayed with two long-term. Curious about churn out there! Cheers

Hetzner does not track client migration history across external providers. My experience with them shows the following retention profile for 2023-2025:

First-term renewal rate: 78 percent
Second-term renewal rate: 91 percent
Median client lifespan: 14 months

I attribute second-term improvement to transparent pricing and absence of setup fees. Migration fatigue is real; their onboarding is designed to reduce friction.

I've been a Hetzner customer for a while now.
