Poll: do you actually read ToS before buying?

I do dig queries on provider infrastructure before purchase, but ToS? I'll admit I grep for "unlimited" and "refund" then move on.

Recently bought RackNerd VPS, later found they require 72-hour notice before "high CPU" tasks. Would have known if I read. My resolver cached the old ToS version too — TTL was 3600, propagation took an hour after they updated. Check your resolver, folks.

Vote and be honest.

Hey folks, pinning this for a week — genuinely curious about the numbers here. 👍

My moderation angle: half the "my provider scammed me" posts we get are clearly covered in ToS that wasn't read. Not saying that excuses shady terms, but it does change how we can help.

I already read ToS one time for HostHatch, very long lah. Now I just search for "unlimited" and "refund" only dong. Can or not to do like that?

Actually last month I buy GreenCloudVPS, their ToS has something about fair use but no number. I ask support, they say "just don't abuse." Already very confuse. Since then I don't read anymore, waste time only.
