SES from ap-southeast-1 to gmail is fast enough. I do this for my monitoring, zero deliverability issues since 2022. The IAM setup is annoying once then forget.

I will try SES first then. Thanks all. One more thing, does SES need dedicated IP for low volume? Their doc mention managed IP pool is default.

Managed pool is default and correct for your volume. Dedicated IP only makes sense above 100k/month and you need to warm it anyway. Stay on shared, let Amazon handle reputation.
