Because GRE was our first tunnel lor 2019 I set up for her to access my nas when we dating she never learn new endpoint I never change now just... inertia like marriage I guess but tunnel more reliable

Following this thread from Wellington. Chen, have you considered that the 0.01% packet loss might be from the nights you are pinging while crying? Moisture in the cable run, mate.

That is not how packet loss works. GRE is IP-in-IP, moisture would affect layer 1 uniformly or not at all. The 0.01% is likely ICMP rate limiting at an intermediate hop or Vultr's edge shaping during microbursts. I would run mtr for 24 hours and check which hop drops.
fio, iperf, geekbench. results or gtfo.

Perth here. Read the whole thread. Chen, the tunnel is not the problem and neither is the marriage. The problem is you are using Plex instead of learning to let go. Also Jellyfin is better, open source, no phone-home. I read more than I post but this one got me.
