Yesterday I buy digital product course,already I sell already,$1M revenue this year,still on cloud hosting from Hetzner,€4/month,lah. I think people will say impossible but I show proof. My server-server never go down,static site only,no database,no php. Customer-customer happy,page load fast. Why I need VPS when this work? I go already to check analytics now.

Would you share your traffic volume and file sizes? I am curious about the bandwidth economics at scale. My own sites peak around 50TB monthly but with Cloudflare caching the origin load is minimal.
You're burning money on margin, friend. $8/month for $1M revenue? That's 0.001% of gross. For that throughput you're maybe doing 100k uniques daily on lean assets.
I could fit your entire operation on a single E3-1230v5 I picked up at auction for $80. 32GB RAM, 2x500GB SSD. 1U at my colo runs $35/month with power. One-time build, five year lifespan. You'd own the box, control the NIC, know your power draw (65W idle, 120W peak).
Shared hosting is a tax on technical ignorance. At your scale the risk-adjusted cost of a 4-hour outage exceeds any hardware investment. What's your actual bandwidth commitment with Hetzner?

My product is video course, 2GB each file. But I use BunnyCDN lah, €0.01/GB Europe, €0.03/GB Asia. Customer download from edge, my Hetzner only serve landing page. Landing page 180KB with image. Traffic to origin maybe 50GB/month only.
Now we're talking. You've unbundled the problem. CDN for delivery, shared host for origin. That's not "$4 hosting carries $1M," that's "$4 + CDN carries $1M." Different claim entirely.
Still. At 2GB per file and real revenue, you're one DMCA flood or ToS complaint from a Friday night migration. I think Hetzner's shared ToS has something about excessive load, no hard number from memory. I've seen them move faster than you'd think.

Thank you for the detail. That clarifies the architecture considerably. With BunnyCDN handling egress your origin bandwidth is indeed modest.
I use Vultr Osaka with Cloudflare for similar. One consideration: BunnyCDN bills per-request for certain edge behaviors. At volume, verify your invoice includes only bandwidth. I was surprised by a query-string cache partition charge last quarter.
