I use Cloudflare DNS for my VPS in Singapore. No delay. But I also tried GreenCloudVPS DNS once and saw the same 15-20 minute gap. Gave up, moved glue to Cloudflare proper.

For me the 24 hour wait for DNSSEC delete is the worst part. One day of downtime if you plan wrong. I transfer on weekend now.

Following this thread with interest. Has anyone tested the new limitations page against a real transfer? Does it actually help or is it still trial and error?
I did one yesterday with the new docs. Glue note helped, saved maybe 30 minutes. DS part still vague on timing. Had to guess the 24h based on this thread.
This is why I keep one domain at each provider. Cloudflare for price, Route53 for API reliability, Gandi for when everything else breaks. Five points of failure but at least I can always reach my DNS.
