Same here. VND to EUR worse every quarter. Used to buy Hetzner cloud for side projects, now only local providers make sense. Hostinger Singapore pricing actually competitive if you don't need dedicated IP.

Adding to dataset. Deadpool average: 14.3 months for sub-$25/year dedicated IP offerings. Migration cost: 2-4 hours manual, DNS TTL games, wallet reconfig. "Savings" evaporate on first deadpool event.

Glasgow here. Friend runs monero node on Oracle Cloud free tier. No dedicated IP but he uses dynamic DNS. Not what OP asked but zero cost. Just saying there are angles.

Oracle free tier requires card on file. KYC by another name. Appreciate thought though.

ZFS send my node backups to Hetzner storage box. EUR 3.81 for 100GB. If you're already paying Hetzner that €3/month, storage box is separate product, no IP needed. Not a solution, just noting their pricing structure is weirder than people think.

zfs send | zfs receive. repeat.

Time4VPS is Vilnius local for me. Their network is Telia only, no redundancy. Fine for personal use, would not run anything public-facing there without second provider. Just my 2ct from across the border.

Confirmed. Single-homed AS 1299. Downtime events in my logs: 3 in 2024, total 7.2 hours. 99.17% actual. They claim 99.9% SLA.

GreenCloudVPS takes crypto? I know RackNerd takes BTC, not sure about XMR specifically. Anyone confirmed?
