Time4VPS is Vilnius local for me. Their network is Telia only, no redundancy. Fine for personal use, would not run anything public-facing there without second provider. Just my 2ct from across the border.

Has anyone tried using a notary for expensive deals? I have a dedicated server quote for EUR 200/month and I'm wondering if it's worth the EUR 50 notary fee to document the terms.

Probably overkill for a VPS. But for annual dedicated contracts...
