Longest I sat dark was maybe six hours, at a OVHcloud cage in Lat Krabang. Generator fuel was "on the truck" for half a day, then they found the truck wrong province. RCA was three sentence and one blamed customs, same but different. Their status page: https://status.ovhcloud.com

Weeks is brutal. Our worst was at Hetzner AMS, maybe four hours. Their diesel turned out to be a contract on paper only, actual tank near empty. We learned to ask for photos after that. Contabo had a shorter blip once, under an hour, but at least they owned it upfront. How do you folks verify fuel claims before signing...

Battery there is tiny UPS only, no generator at all!!!
I ask before buy next time, fighting!
Photos mean nothing, they show you full tank then empty when real dark comes
My friend at Vultr same story, "we have backup" = one UPS for whole floor hahaha

For me longest dark is zero minutes, I am lucky maybe? My company use Contabo and Vultr both, so when one has problem we switch. I never ask how long if only one is broken, I go sleep instead xd
But my friend tell me RackNerd in Wrocław had once maybe three hours, UPS dead and generator not start because cold winter. This is why I never use only one location for important things.
Redundancy is good but costs money, my boss say "why pay double" until something breaks. Now he is quiet about this topic.

Routers dying twice in one month, that is some luck. At least they told you it was a bug and then hardware, not "scheduled maintenance" both times. Did they credit anything or just shrug...

RackNerd Los Angeles has tiny battery only, maybe 30 minute. If city power gone long time I am dead in water too

RCA is nice paper but I want my uptime back xd
Few hours I would die maybe, my boss would scream. At my job we pay Vultr and Contabo so we never wait for explanation, we just move traffic. Explanation is for later when coffee is ready.
I think some providers write RCA to hide they have no redundancy, just pretty words.
