The IPv4 market is why they don't care. I watched a /22 sell last month for more than my apartment. Every month they delay IPv6 is another month they can squeeze lease renewals.

I found a Turkish provider with full dual-stack for 3.50 EUR, 1GB. Not naming because last time I did they sold out in six hours. Point is: it is not hard, it is not expensive.

This. I migrated my stuff to Vultr specifically because of this. Same price, actual routing. My time has value even if my servers don't.

Vultr. Hetzner. Both have it. Both have Lisbon POPs that route fine. I keep the spreadsheet because someday someone in this forum will ask "who has IPv6" and I will be ready.

I tested Hetzner's IPv6 last month. SLAAC works, reverse DNS is manual but functional. Only complaint: their rDNS web UI times out if you do more than ten at once.
Same city, same complaint. I keep meaning to move everything but then I have to reconfigure and I just... don't.
It's always DNS until it's IPv6 DNS. AAAA records pointing at a tunnel endpoint that goes down at 3AM because HE had maintenance. Ask me how I know.
