Family IT in a nutshell. You don't need Cloudflare at all if you use the Oracle proxy. GoDaddy stays your registrar, point your A record at the Oracle IPv4, done. The only reason to add Cloudflare is if you want their CDN or DDoS protection, which for a bakery blog is massive overkill.
That said, moving from OVHcloud to Contabo plus Oracle free tier is two providers to worry about instead of one. Is the Contabo saving really worth the complexity?
