I may be wrong, but I believe transparency helps this community. I maintained a spreadsheet of 23 tickets with Hostinger from July to December 2025.

  • Average first response: 4.2 hours
  • Average resolution: 31 hours
  • Tickets escalated to L2: 7
  • Tickets resolved without my reply: 12
  • Tickets requiring 3+ back-and-forth: 4

The worst shift was consistently 02:00-10:00 UTC. Response quality dropped measurably; copy-paste solutions that did not apply.

One ticket (#1847) requested a reverse DNS change. First response: 47 minutes. Correct resolution: never achieved. I closed it after 6 days and fixed it myself.

I am sharing the raw data. Please contribute your averages if you track them.

The ticket said... "our abuse department has reviewed your request and determined that rDNS is a premium feature available on Business plans."

Your request was for rDNS. Their response cited abuse policy. I have seen this before. The 02:00-10:00 UTC shift is one person in a timezone where it is not 02:00-10:00, copy-pasting from a decision tree they do not understand.

reported. resolved. repeat.

I dont track nothing. But 31 hours. That is very long. I pay 12 dollar for my Hostinger. For that price I expect 31 minutes not hours.

Nossa caramba wait wrong thread xixixi.

But seriously 4.2 hours first response is not bad. My provider takes 2 days!
