Same here on the growth mindset thing. I hired someone because they posted a thread titled "I was wrong about nginx thread pools" with benchmarks. That takes guts.

This thread went better than expected. To summarize what I am taking back to Lisbon:
- Link specific posts, not "active member"
- Show diagnostics, not brand preference
- Scrub your old configs, seriously
- Consistency over one viral thread
