Been doing hiring for network ops roles at a mid-size host. The young people sometimes mention this forum. I find it charming. But it cuts both ways.
The good ones. They link to detailed troubleshooting posts. Packet captures. Step by step diagnostics. Those get callbacks every time.
The concerning ones. They list "active community member" with brand loyalty but no technical depth. "I love Vultr" is not a skill. The young people and their cloud nonsense sometimes forget that.
