Hey folks! Super stoked to share what's worked for me. Gonna keep it tight.

The move: combine domain promos with hosting intro rates, but stagger the renewals so you're never hit with full price on everything at once.

My current stack:

  • Domain from Hostinger: $1 first year, transfer out before renewal
  • VPS from InterServer (yeah that's us lol): annual prepay for 20% off
  • Email from OVHcloud: bundled free with DNS, split before month 6

Mistake I made: stacked two "free domain" hosting deals, got flagged for TOS violation. Lost both accounts. My bad, fixed my guide.

Actually, your transfer timing matters (specifically (the 60-day lock (post-change-of-registrant (not just creation)))) and some ccTLDs (like .uk (actually Nominet)) have different rules. Worth checking before you commit.
