Yes. The entire /19. My ticket to them got auto-closed with a link to their "delisting fee" page. Leaseweb says they are "working with UCEPROTECT" but no timeline. Meanwhile my client's transactional mail is landing in spam.
This is why I run 6 free-tier instances and a prayer. At least when prayer fails I am only out time, not EUR 200/month.

Which RIR though? ARIN fresh is different from RIPE fresh. In JP we see a lot of APNIC /24s that are six months old and already burned. RIR does not equal reputation.

Ouch. That's the real cost right there. YMMV but I have started building a 48-hour burn-in into every new IP. Mail test, blocklist check, then light traffic. Caught a bad range from CloudCone last year before it went to production.

Madrid here too. I have a rack with Leaseweb Amsterdam and their IP reputation was the selling point. Now I am worried. Is this affecting mail delivery from Amsterdam as well or just the /19?
Just the /19 so far. But UCEPROTECT lists at ASN level, so any IP in that ASN gets a weight penalty in some filters. My Frankfurt colo is on a different ASN, clean for now. Fingers crossed.
UCEPROTECT is based in DE. Their business model is listing and charging. This is not reputation, it is ransom. I do not use them for any decision. German mail providers mostly ignore them now.
Better to check Sender Score or Google Postmaster. Real data, no extortion.
Tell that to my monitoring. 14 status pages, remember? I track delivery rates by provider. T-Online and GMX still weight UCEPROTECT in their filters. Not as hard as 2021, but it is there. "Mostly ignore" is not "ignore."
This. I run mail for a small collective in Prague. We got listed because one user forwarded a newsletter. UCEPROTECT wanted EUR 250. We switched outbound to Mailgun instead. Problem solved, cheaper than ransom.
Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES. Pick one. IP reputation is their problem now.

12ms to Frankfurt, 180ms to everywhere I actually need. Including API calls to US-east for Mailgun. Latency matters for transactional. Self-hosted in Stockholm with clean IP is faster than round-trip to Virginia.
Not always possible, I know. But "just use a service" has its own tax.
