Not on our standard KVM plans, no. We provide templates for OS install but no custom ISO upload. If you need Proxmox you'd be looking at dedicated or finding a provider that offers it out of the box. Hetzner's a better fit for that use case, honest — https://www.hetzner.com/cloud
