That would explain so much. My summer promo badge says "Founding Member" on the panel but maybe backend sees it as PROMO-BADGE-2023 not FOUNDING-TIER-1. I will open a ticket asking directly but worried that asking flags my account somehow.

Asking about your own badge classification does not violate any rule I am aware of. I would suggest submitting under "Account Inquiry" rather than "Billing" to avoid automated routing to sales.

Fair. I ran two more since posting. Badge account: 9 minutes, 31 minutes. Plain: 2 hours 12 minutes, 5 hours 3 minutes. N=10 now. Still not science but I am less willing to call it random.
