It is my humble opinion that perhaps I should not complain, yet I must share my experience. The CloudCone Black Friday promotion caused my shopping cart to fail at checkout on three separate occasions. I cleared my browser cache. I attempted alternative payment methods. I waited forty minutes between attempts. Each time, the inventory was marked unavailable upon return.
I apologise for taking your time with this matter. Let us hope others fared better than I did.
