Full v6 deployment live. Router, hypervisor, containers, all native. No NAT64 fallback.

Took six months. Mostly NDP neighbor cache issues. Fixed with static entries.

Thread open for war stories.

No logs, no proof. I have logs.

Congrats dmitri!!!

The struggle is real and it alone!!! My own v6 took 3 yeasr it get end-to-end!!! ISP kept givign me /64 and callign it "enterprise"!!!

Finally got /48 lasst month!!!

436 days. reboot is surrender.

We had a similar timeline, though perhaps less dramatic. Our block took about two years to propagate cleanly through all edge locations. The interim period with dual-stack caused more confusion than the legacy protocol alone.

We found the most reliable approach was documenting every neighbor discovery failure with timestamps. Tedious but effective.
