But the German host with the padlock PDF: I forwarded to my Datenschutzbeauftragter. Their opinion: "enterprise" without TOM documentation is an unverifiable claim, potentially unfair competition under UWG §5.

This. I have a private repo of AUP screenshots. When a host changes "enterprise" to "business-suitable" overnight, that diff is evidence. I do not name them publicly. I share with buyers who ask.
New observation: "enterprise NVMe" on one host was Intel 660p. QLC, no PLP. I checked power-loss protection with nvme id-ctrl and confirmed absence of ElberT. This is consumer cache, not enterprise endurance. Observable. Reproducible.
I would buy that spreadsheet. I white-label nothing without hardware verification because my logo is what the customer sees when it fails. I have been to Nuremberg Contabo DC. I have seen the rows. I know which generations live where. This is why I charge more than the base price: I am selling verified reality, not adjective.
The gap between Contabo's 4 EUR and my resale is the gap between hope and audit trail.
This is the difference. Most of us audit from ssh and whois. You audit from presence. I respect this but cannot replicate it from my location.
