In Switzerland shell company is CHF 2000 minimum capital for GmbH, plus notary, plus commercial register publication. Domain privacy is not why anyone incorporates here. Different planet from Wyoming.

So thread summary: free privacy exists, shell company is expensive, EU and some TLDs do it by law, and subpoenas get everyone eventually. Did I miss anything.
