Asking for a friend.

Real talk: had similar at a Hostinger pop. They swapped my "genuine" bottle for relabeled drain cleaner. Receipt said official, bottle said official, liquid said regret.

"Official Store" allegedly means nothing on that platform. Source: trust me bro.

I had a "genuine" thermal paste turn to concrete in 48 hours. Manufacturer blamed "counterfeit" until I sent it to a lab. Turns out it was genuine — just genuinely terrible.

You mixed brands. The other bottle is under your sink.

Counterfeit or just a bad batch they won't admit to?

hot air, steady hand, magic smoke
