Contabo's 3 "unlimited" plans - real limits?

Hello sir, looking for comparison of three unlimited plans from Contabo. Made VPS last month, very happy, thank you very much. Now need bigger for client project. They say unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, unlimited domains. But I check TOS, found hidden limits. Made small table:

• Plan A: "unlimited" but TOS say 100GB/day "fair use"
• Plan B: "unlimited" but inode limit 250,000
• Plan C: "unlimited" but CPU throttled after 2 hours continuous

Very confusing. Anyone made comparison with real limits? Thank you very much

Watt per core this is why ARM exists. Contabo still on Intel Xeon E5 v2, 120W TDP for 8 cores. Apple Silicon proved it, 4W per core same performance. These unlimited plans are unlimited power waste. Run your workload on ARM at OVHcloud or KnownHost, compatibility concerns are FUD, everything runs on ARM now. Intel is dead architecture walking. Watt per core wins every time.

Before you migrate anywhere, check your resolver. dig NS contabo.com shows 300s TTL, which means propagation to cached resolvers takes full TTL even after they change records. I traced route to their nameservers from three vantage points, 14ms, 89ms, 203ms depending on upstream path. Your "unlimited" means nothing if DNS is slow. Check your resolver. Also their MX TTL is 86400 which is absurd for a host. Propagation matters more than bandwidth.

What could go wrong with "unlimited"? EVERYTHING.

Contabo can terminate for "excessive resource consumption" which they DEFINE however they want. No appeal process in TOS. WARNINGS to all: they log everything, shared IP reputation damage if neighbor site compromised, fail2ban essential, firewall non-negotiable, and that "unlimited" CPU throttling? Your cryptolocker backup script dies mid-run, data loss, RANSOMWARE RECOVERY FAILS!

Check egress filtering. Check it twice.
