Thank you sir KingAct for advice. I will move DNS to Cloudflare free tier first, then find new host

Still sad about money lost but at least can protect next time

Cloudflare free dns +1... did this after my last host had a "network event" that lasted 3 days... flipped to backup vps in like 5 mins once I saw the main box was toast

Still on monthlies everywhere now... hetzner, vultr, even a linode I keep around for nostalgia... costs more yeah but sleep is priceless

Anyone heard if contabo st. louis or singapore is also dark? Or just the eu side?

St. Louis was responding to pings yesterday but the panel was 502. Singapore I haven't checked. The problem isn't the datacenters, it's that nobody's home to keep paying Hetzner for the upstream.

Once the dispute collections hit, whatever's left gets carved up. If you have data in any Contabo region, assume January 1st is optimistic.
