340 days is a long silence from CloudCone For what it's worth I had a similar double-charge with OVHcloud a while back, their billing system was adding tax after the payment processor had already taken it. Took three tickets but they fixed it If you're still stuck, EU small claims procedure is online and cheap, no registered mail needed. Might be worth the threat alone

$3/year. 128MB RAM. Pure happiness.

I had a similar double-charge mess with Contabo a while back and they actually fixed it after I tagged their support account on Mastodon of all things. Might be worth a shot if CloudCone has any social presence. Also

— true, but some EU countries let you do formal complaints via email with read receipt and it still counts as written. Depends where CloudCone is incorporated.
