Ouais, and in France OVHcloud has the Gravelines datacenter with cheap bandwidth, but they rejected you in pre-sales so c'est fini. Their automated system is terrible, I know someone in Lyon with a similar story.

Leaseweb Amsterdam is the closest to Dublin for latency, but you pay in EUR which is maybe good or bad for you now. Their status page is honest at least, I have seen it show actual outages, not the greenwashing that Contabo does.

I think the real list is shorter than people want to admit.

That is significant. In Manila I pay per GB overage on most plans, so I cannot imagine 80TB on a VPS budget.

For status pages, I have learned to check them against third-party monitoring. Too many providers show green while the network is actually degraded. I use UptimeRobot and a friend's Pingdom to cross-check. The provider status page is marketing, not engineering.

This. I host game servers in Manila and the number of times my players are lagging while the provider status page shows all green is a joke. I started logging to my own Grafana instance because I cannot trust theirs.

For Tor exits I have no experience, but for any service where reputation matters, independent monitoring is not optional. The players remember downtime even if the status page forgets it.

Noted for the relay nodes, though I run ZFS for the actual infrastructure.

I looked at their Chile location. The bandwidth cap is 3TB on the entry plan, scaling to 10TB on the largest VPS. At 35TB per node I would need four of their top plans, and they do not allow aggregation. Dead end.

This is probably where I land. Their EUR pricing is actually fine for me, I have a multi-currency account. I will eat the cost for the policy clarity.

I have filed three in two years, all for middle relay traffic misidentified as originating from my IP. Two were resolved with a template response linking to Tor's abuse FAQ within six hours. The third took 22 hours because it arrived on a Sunday, but they acknowledged the delay in the ticket.

Not exit node experience, but their abuse team knows what Tor is and does not panic. That is the bar, apparently.

From Oslo, Leaseweb Frankfurt was cheaper for me than Amsterdam due to some routing peering agreement they have with my upstream. Worth checking both if latency to Dublin is acceptable from either.
