Sorry total noob here but I noticed HostPeers has gotten way quieter than when I joined 😅 like the daily deals threads used to hit 10 pages now its 2-3 pages max. Is it just summer slowdown or did everyone move somewhere else? Sorry if this is dumb
Just use RSS 🐧 skill issue honestly. The deals moved to Telegram channels and Discord servers where bot scrapers post faster than humans can type. HostPeers is a forum for people who enjoy reading TOS fine print. The fragmentation is real but also: who cares, the golden age of $15/year boxes is over anyway.

In my country many use WhatsApp group for deal alert now. Forum too slow. Also provider in my country now sell direct on TikTok live. Community split to many platform. Not bad or good, just different.
The Ampere era brought insane value to lowend but the discussion moved to vendor-specific Discords! ARM chips run circles around old Atom boxes and people want instant stock alerts, not forum refresh wars! I miss the deep dives though! 80-core Ampere at $40/month was peak community energy!

Contabo discord went down again; ticket open; no response. 3 hours now. Forum at least has persistence. Chat apps = single point of failure. 2021 HostPeers had 50 active threads daily. 2025: 12. Numbers do not lie.
