Decent disk IO, meh network. Kernel 4.19.0-17-amd64 still solid. Cloudcone.com $6/year plan, bought January 2024. I used https://github.com/masonr/yet-another-bench-script for the benchmark.

Prorated overage now $2.22 plus estimated reputational harm
My dude I paid $15 for a year and got 500 days. That's $11/year effective. If CloudCone wants to bill me for "overage" they know where my email is.
Is that a vendor patched build or straight debian oldstable?
Straight debian 10 buster, no vendor kernel. I know, I know. But the load average is zero, it's a benchmark sandbox with nothing exposed except ssh on nonstandard. Not saying it's right, saying it's quiet.
Disk IO is the story here. 131 MB/s on $15/year. Hetzner CX11 at €4.51 gives me 180 MB/s but that's 3.6x the price annualized.
