NAT VPS port forwarding keeps breaking · VPS Hosting
Same provider! ARM Ampere chip though, insane value otherwise. Runs circles around my old x86 box. But yeah ports drop randomly! I thought I was going crazy!

Can or not? 128MB already enough for openvpn lah, but must configure properly dong. My friend use 128MB at Time4VPS, no problem one. But he only have 3 users, not many. If many users, need more RAM lah.

Thread title edited. "Celebratory" is not a category.
Hankels: you asked what you're missing. Answer is: monitoring. No alerts, no sleep. Install node_exporter, prometheus, grafana. Or pay someone. No middle ground works.

Rsync is a sync not a backup, use borg or restic, and never trust the same provider.

He said no that's the "thinking space." Then KNOWNHOST said we needed more thinking space and charged us double. Is VSwap the same as the thinking space or different? I told my nephew to call KNOWNHOST but he said they're "just the panel guys now."

HostHatch Tokyo has ARM with better image support. Their Tokyo mirror carries most multiarch builds. I run production monitoring there without issues.

Simple is better. One pool, many datasets. No partition table anxiety. Send | receive for backup. ext4 cannot do this.
