Chapter 3 is where the borrow checker wins. Everyone stalls there. My advice: write bad code that compiles, then make it good. The compiler is not your enemy, it's a very picky friend.

Has anyone dealt with Tata Communications filtering based only on IRR and ignoring RPKI? We had a prefix marked RPKI invalid (our mistake, maxLength too tight) and Tata accepted it anyway because the route object was there. Their support said "we check both" but clearly they don't fail on RPKI inval...

Hetzner to Mumbai routing goes through Singapore datacenter. Sometimes it is not down, just the route is bad. I learned to check with mtr before I panic.

Same here on fork count. I run 40 against 12 nodes in Mumbai region. 6 minutes. AWS to local ISP backhaul is the real killer.
