Following. I have three "temporary" Cloudflare firewall rules from 2021. Block countries that don't exist in my user base. Zero false positives in three years because my user base is three people including my cat. Still should clean them up.

Server very cheap exists but "not scam" is relative. Contabo have €5/month plan, I use for DNS mirror. No DDoS protection, very bare metal. You get what you pay.

Hetzner Falkenstein is not nitrogen, it is FM-200 or similar. I toured in 2022. The guide said "no water in server rooms" like five times. Maybe they changed, maybe your support was thinking of another hall. Either way, not water.
