In Mumbai we have so many fake software sellers on Telegram I know three people this happened to. One lost his entire AWS account.

Same here. I manage domains for a small business in Mumbai and we got burned twice. Registered what looked like a dropped gem, turned out it was tasted traffic domain with zero organic value. Google had already blacklisted. Lost the reg fee plus time.

Same issue here, my old config was AES-256-CBC. Changed to GCM on my Hostinger Mumbai VPS, got maybe 15% better throughput. Not huge but noticeable on 100mbps line.

I had same issue with tls 1.2 on my old config.
