rclone with sftp backend. Woodpecker plugin supports it directly. Much simpler than I expected.

I run Forgejo + Woodpecker on 1GB Hetzner in Helsinki. It is tight but works for personal projects. One build at a time, no parallel. Node_modules I cache to Hetzner storage box, not S3. Cheaper for my size.
