Hostinger has Mumbai datacenter, I moved 8 sites there last quarter. The one-click migration is only for their own panel though, not cPanel to cPanel. You need to request manual migration ticket and they do it free for first 100 sites or something. Took 2 days but zero work from me.

You cant just run zfs without ecc thats asking for silent corruption the checksums dont help if the ram flips before they write its not about dying immediately its about the data slowly rotting and you wont know until its too late

I believe several Asia-Pacific facilities still allow scheduled visits with advance notice. I have used hosthatch.com in Singapore and the process was reasonable. Perhaps the policy change reflects regional differences rather than universal trend.

Mumbai to OVHcloud Singapore is 78ms. To Hetzner Singapore is 65ms. Price difference is real but latency matters more for my users. I would prepay Hetzner 3 years before OVHcloud 3 years, if I prepaid at all.
