Then you have N secrets managers and N times the headache. I broke my jar trying to run both Vault and Bitwarden. Pick one.

Currently on 1Password because family plan includes my parents and I don't do support calls at midnight.

Following for results. One note: Hetzner's CPX31 in Singapore is EUR 17.47, not 14.70. German pricing doesn't apply to SG.

If you need SEA origin, budget more. If EU origin is fine, Falkenstein CPX31 at EUR 14.70 works.

PetraSuper's right about the CDN split. I ran 18TB/month through a $5 Hetzner CX11 in Falkenstein for six months, but only because Cloudflare sat in front. Origin saw maybe 800GB.

Without cache, you're dead. Hetzner's network is fine for EU but from memory their AUP has something about video stream...
