GreenCloudVPS ignoring 11-day hardware ticket, when to go public? · General Discussion

Used HostHatch in Stockholm for a project. Support was 6 hours once, 4 days another time. Inconsistent. But never 11 days. Wendy, post your GreenCloudVPS timeline. Let us see if there's a pattern.
