Wey I have same problem with Vultr. They throttle CPU when many users connect at same time? I check with `htop` and `vmstat` wey but numbers dont match what panel say. Never trust the dashboard!

Ask them for a photo with today's newspaper or a specific string on a piece of paper. That filters out the fakes fast.
