Year ago I bought 4 flash deals from Time4VPS and Leaseweb. Used one. Rest sit there. Which providers take XMR for these waste boxes? Asking so I can at least anonymize my bad decisions.

I did the same thing but worse I bought six servers from three providers and I only ever used two of them for actual projects the rest were just there because the price was good and I told myself I would learn something or run a game server or do backups but I never did any of that and now I just pay for them every month like a subscription to a gym I never visit and I feel bad about it but not bad enough to cancel because what if I need them

Same. I have three idle boxes from last black friday.

#4

Which providers actually take xmr without kyc though

Njalla does VPS but it's pricey compared to the flash deal garbage we're all sitting on. I need something that takes XMR at the 2-5 EUR tier, not 15+.

This. I have two Time4VPS boxes from last year, one running pihole, one literally doing nothing. The pihole one could move anywhere but I'm too lazy to reconfigure.

Same here.

Does anyone actually use Leaseweb for personal stuff? Their lowest tier is 30 EUR, that's not impulse buy territory for me.

I have one Leaseweb box I got on a black friday deal for like 15 EUR a month for the first year and now it's 35 and I keep telling myself I'll move everything off it but I haven't because migration is annoying and I have custom ISOs set up and it just feels like work

I'm the opposite. Bought a Time4VPS storage box for backups, actually using it. 2 EUR, runs restic to Vilnius every night. Only flash deal I don't regret.
